The Man For Every Woman.

The one who’s strong enough to identify and support a strong woman.

The one who do not tone down women’s strength and voice.

So, I have noticed that when people who seek equality (or what someone faintly call Equity) especially when these people are women, other people are very quick to remind them that females shouldn’t seek equality because the male has been positioned above the female.

“you are a woman, no man will marry you if you keep saying these things”

As if marriage is the ultimate goal of life.

“you have to drop your advocacy at the door of your home once you get married”

“you just have to accept it like that, a man will always be your head”

Patriarchal fellows will raise their ugly heads to shut your voice.

For one who’s not yet strong in her voice and powers, you may be tempted to listen to these silly ideas.

But hey, Quality men are not scared of a powerful woman, because they are powerful themselves.

In your strength, voice, power, boldness, fierceness and unleashing, you’ll find a quality man who is not scared of your powers.

Who loves that you’re powerful and strong and fierce.

In your advocacy, sis, you’ll find the man who knows that your head is enough to be head, that you do not need an extra head to be called Woman.

You’ll find a man who knows that you’re worthy, powerful and human enough to be as powerful as he is.

You’ll find the man who will raise your voice, higher, against discrimination.

You’ll find the man who doesn’t think you’re a lesser weaker being, who understands that living together in marriage is choosing to be team mates, not a king and his slave.

You’ll meet him.

I know this,

Because I have seen a lot of men like this.

So sis, don’t stop. Don’t shut up.

Because quality men are not scared of Equality.
